6. Intellectual Property
All custom-developed software, code, design, and marketing content remain the property of Bhubit India until full payment is received. After payment, ownership rights may be transferred as per the contract terms.

Bhubit India will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to downtime, data loss, or third-party issues.
